Leigh Elizabeth Israel

Leigh joined Avondale Travel in March 2013, continuing a legacy that began with her father, the agency’s founder. Born and raised in the travel industry, she had already explored much of the world by the age of 18, developing a deep passion for global experiences.

Upon earning her BBA in Marketing from the University of North Florida, Leigh built a successful career managing sales, marketing, advertising, and client relationships. This expertise, combined with her lifelong love of travel, naturally led her back to Avondale Travel, where she now leads the agency with a modern, client-focused approach.

As owner, Leigh applies her extensive knowledge to the everyday operations of Avondale Travel, ensuring seamless service and exclusive experiences for clients. She specializes in curating bespoke luxury itineraries, leveraging the agency’s Virtuoso membership to provide unparalleled access and perks.

Outside the office, Leigh loves spending time with her husband and twin girls. She enjoys playing tennis, discovering new destinations, and being on the water—whether cruising, sailing, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze.
